The watch uses Bluetooth technology to connect with the phone and track all day activity – steps, distance and calories. The battery power of 1.5 years removes all the hassles associated with battery charging! The USP of the watch is the ability to view stats on the watch dial. The Metropolitan+ will debut in two unique styles. One watch has a silver-tone case, a black dial with red accents and a textured leather strap. The other variation features a black case with a black dial and orange accents and comes with interchangeable black silicone and orange nylon straps. Both styles feature quick-release straps to easily change the look. Both watches also feature Timex's signature INDIGLO night-light, and the phone app is compatible with both iOS and Android devices. The phone app stores all the data, so one can access and analyse it at any time.
